THE BENEFITS OF PERSISTENT PRAYER

TEXT: LUKE 18: 1 – 8

INTRODUCTION:
Prayer Is One Of The Great Weapon A Child Of God Can Use Against The Devil And The Kingdom Of Darkness. It Is One Of The Weapon The Devil And His Host Fears. It Is A Major Means Of Our Fellowship With God. God Is In Dire Need Of People Of Prayer, Not Just Eloquent Preachers To Avert His Doom. (Ezekiel 22: 30) Men Of Old Who Succeeded In Their Walk And Service Gave Prayer A Priority In Their Lives. There Is No Best Way To Fulfil God’s Will And Please Him Other Than Obeying This Command – Pray Without Ceasing.

CONCLUSION
Persistent Prayer Is An Essential Part Of Our Earnest Christian Lives. All Of God’s Acts Are Answer To The Prayer Of His People. No One Can Live Sound Life Spiritually And Do Exploit Without Putting High Premium On Prayer “Prayer Should Be The Breath Of Our Breathing, The Thought Of Our Thinking, The Soul Of Feeling And The Life Of Our Living; The Sound Of Our Hearing, The Growth Of Our Growing”. It Is High Time We Cry Like The Disciples Of Old “Teach Us To Pray”.
